Henri Kowalczyk - COO
Henri has been with The Auto Research Center since 1999 and is the Chief Operating Officer. He holds several degrees, including a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University in New York, a MS in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University and an MBA from the Kelley School of Business in Indianapolis. Before joining ARC, he worked as a data engineer on race teams and a test engineer for power plants. In his spare time, his hobbies include old cars, flying and sailing.

Kevin Clark - Controller
Kevin Clark has served as the company’s Controller since joining The Auto Research Center in February of 2005. In his role as Controller, he is responsible for the financial operations of The Auto Research Center and all of its subsidiaries. Prior to working at The Auto Research Center, he spent 15 years in the insurance industry, performing in various roles such as financial and investment analysis and financial reporting. In addition to his insurance experience, he has 5 years’ experience as a corporate accountant for a Fortune 500 company. He is a CPA and has earned the "FLMI with Distinction" designation.

Steve Roskowski - Engineering Manager
Steve attended Tri-State University from 1987-1991 earning a BS in Aerospace Engineering. Before coming to ARC, Steve ran a private shop that specialized in antique boat restoration. He also designed and built racing hydroplanes for the APBA boat racing circuit. His composites work allowed him to become a certified safety cell manufacturer for the inboard division. Steve has been with ARC since its inception in 1998 and became Engineering Manager in 2008.

Winston Bush - Model Shop Manager
After completing a City & Guilds Automotive Apprenticeship in his native England, Winston worked his way through the ranks of open wheel racing from British and European Formula Ford and Formula 3, European Formula 2, and Formula 1. Since becoming a U.S. citizen in 1987, he worked on Sports Prototypes and IndyCars before joining ARC in 2001, becoming Model Shop Manager soon thereafter.
